Himalayan Coat Colors

Not sure what color of Himalayan kitten you are looking for or what it's even called? Below are examples of the various colors of Himalayan kittens with descriptions for each.
Himalayan cats are a subcategory of the Persian breed. They are set a part due to their blue eyes and unique coat color patterns known as "colorpoints." These beauties are similar to their cousins the Siamese and are the most recognized Persians due to their coloring. The term "colorpoint" refers to a feline with a light colored body, typically white or cream, but its face and extremities feature a different coat color. Across the face, there will be a darker "mask-like" shade which will also manifest itself along the length of the tail and the tip of the paws and ears.
Overall, these regal cats are beloved for their luxurious, silky fur and sweet faces. They have gentle personalities and quiet voices that some describe as musical. Himalayans are friendly, talkative, expressive cats that make charming pets for adults and children alike!
